Booking & planning.
How does booking work?
Use Request a quote to send your details through Rally. Our team reviews your request, confirms the event fit and availability, and sends your quote and next steps. It is not an instant booking.
Do you charge travel fees?
No travel fees. We still confirm that your venue, location and schedule are suitable before accepting your event.
Are prices before or after tax?
Published prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST. Your quote shows the package, any agreed extras and applicable tax.
Is there a deposit?
A $100 deposit is normally part of confirming an event. Mini-golf and movie packages have a refundable deposit. Your quote and agreement confirm the payment and cancellation policy for the service you choose.
When is the balance due?
Payment timing can differ by brand and package. The schedule shown with your quote and booking documents governs your event.
Are foam and bubbles indoor options?
No. Foam Party and Bubble Bash are outdoors only. Magic, DJ entertainment, mini golf and movie nights have indoor options with suitable space.
What if the weather is bad?
We discuss outdoor weather arrangements before accepting your event. Mini-golf and movie packages allow bad-weather rescheduling subject to availability. Check the arrangements for your specific package in your quote and agreement.
Can you adapt the event for different participation needs?
Tell us what would help with sound, lighting, pace or participation. We’ll discuss practical options. You don’t need to provide a diagnosis or detailed health information on this website.
Can I request a specific entertainer?
You can tell us your preference. We confirm performer and crew availability with the event plan.
Is Carnival available to book?
The new carnival experience is coming soon and is not bookable yet. No date or price has been announced here.
