Planning a movie night
Think through the screen, schedule, licensing and weather before invitations go out.
Choose the space
Our standard hosted package uses a 25-foot screen. Smaller-space options are quoted separately. Confirm viewing space, equipment access and power.
Arrange film licensing
The organizer arranges film licensing separately from the entertainment package. Schools can check whether their board already has suitable coverage.
Plan for darkness outdoors
An outdoor screening begins approximately 15 minutes after sunset. Allow 60 minutes for setup and 45 minutes for takedown.
Have a weather plan
Outdoor movies do not run in rain. Discuss an indoor alternative or rescheduling before confirming the event.
