A practical starting point for dances, activity days and school celebrations.
Choose the goal
Decide whether the day is a celebration, a fundraiser or an activity rotation. DJ-only entertainment and fundraising partnerships have different scopes.
Build the running order
List grade groups, transitions, breaks and staff supervision. Confirm active entertainment time and overall event timing with the quote.
Check the site
Confirm equipment access, room size, power and the outdoor weather plan. Foam and Bubble Bash need an outdoor location.
Keep the admin simple
Have one adult organizer send the booking request through Rally. Use the dedicated Jamz portal for student music requests, and ask for the right planning materials for your booked event.
