Good questions.
Is film licensing included?
No. The organizer arranges film licensing separately. Schools can check their school-board coverage. We’ll discuss this during planning, but the entertainment package is separate from screening rights.
When can an outdoor film start?
Outdoor screenings begin approximately 15 minutes after sunset. We confirm the practical start time and schedule for your event date.
What happens if it rains?
Outdoor screenings do not run in rain. We plan an indoor alternative or rescheduling with you, subject to suitability and availability.
How long is the movie package?
The screening duration is confirmed with your quote, along with setup, the pre-show and takedown. Tell us which film and schedule you have in mind.
What about deposits and popcorn?
Current movie packages have a $100 refundable deposit. Popcorn is an optional add-on; availability and price are confirmed in your quote.
